David Houle embarked on a corporate real estate career in 2009 serving as Director of Strategic Growth for a Prudential Real Estate franchisee based in the Las Vegas valley, growing the organization's sales volume by twenty two million dollars within the first year. He later went on to become a Vice President at KW Commercial, a division of Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas, where he also served as a mentor for junior agents entering the business, which was instrumental in growing the division from 2013 - 2018.
Today he specializes in commercial real estate investment sales, and has been a Senior Advisor with SVN The Equity Group since February 2019.
