Before joining SVN | The Equity Group, Malmros was officing out of SVN |Alliance in Jacksonville, Florida. Ralph is certified by SVN as an Industrial Specialist and also represents his clients in Land and Storage transactions. He has a 30+ year career in E-commerce, Warehousing, Distribution, Cold Storage, and transportation. His clients have the added benefit of Ralph’s 20-year consulting background to Fortune 1000 companies such as TJMaxx, Pier 1 Imports and cold chain companies such as Shari’s Berries and FTD. He is well recognized in the warehousing and distribution industry especially the fastest growing segment of this industry, E-commerce. He is a “Subject Matter Expert” in E-commerce, warehousing, fulfillment, distribution as well as retail and offers solutions for his clients in this arena.
Ralph provides a comprehensive “turnkey” service to his commercial clients to not only select the optimal property for lease or sale, but to encompass their total Supply Chain. He can design and build a fulfillment/distribution center inclusive of conveyors, racking, shelving, automation, IT and call centers. He has on many occasions trained companies on how to operate a distribution facility.
Ralph has had the opportunity to live and work throughout the United States and in countries such as Canada, Sweden and Switzerland. As a result he has a deep knowledge of the European continent and offers a global perspective on commercial real estate.
Ralph has a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics and Transportation from the University of Umea in Sweden
