Led by company founder Scott Godino, SVN | The Equity Group prides itself on being client-centric with a seasoned staff focused on building strong business relationships with clients and tenants.

Scott, the driving force behind SVN | The Equity Group, formed the company in 1980 and it still manages its first asset, Pecos Plaza in East Las Vegas.
